Article 1: Application

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Service. By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy.

Article 2: Information We Collect

We may collect or store the following information to the extent necessary to provide and operate the Service.

• Threads account identifiers, usernames, display names, access tokens, and other information necessary for account connection and authentication
• Posting days, posting times, post content, AI-generated text, and other information configured or entered by users
• Authentication, saving, posting, generation, error, access time, and other processing records related to the Service
• IP addresses, browser information, and other technical information transmitted in connection with communications
• Stripe customer, subscription, Checkout and other identifiers, subscription status, free trial information, usage periods, cancellation status, and other information necessary for payment management
• Inquiry category, inquiry content, Threads account identifier, submission time, and other information necessary to handle inquiries
• Cookie, Local Storage, and other stored information necessary to provide the functions of the Service

Payment card information such as credit card numbers is handled by Stripe, and we generally do not directly store such information.

Article 3: Purposes of Use

We use collected information for connecting and authenticating Threads accounts, automated posting, AI text generation, saving settings, subscription and payment management, prevention of unauthorized use, security, troubleshooting, handling inquiries, operation of the Service, and actions required under applicable laws and the Terms of Use.

Article 4: Post Content and AI Processing

Text entered by users is processed to the extent necessary for automated posting, AI generation or rewriting, and other functions of the Service. When AI features are used, entered text is processed by Cloudflare Workers AI.

Post content and inquiry content may be subject to automated processing necessary to prevent unauthorized use and ensure the safe operation of the Service. We do not sell such content for advertising purposes or provide it to external parties for advertising unrelated to the Service or for training AI models.

Article 5: External Services and Processing Outside Japan

The Service uses Threads, Meta, Cloudflare, Stripe, Google, and other external services. Information necessary for account connection, posting, AI processing, data storage, payments, content delivery, and other functions of the Service may be transmitted to or processed by these services.

Depending on the service infrastructure of external providers, user information may be processed or stored outside Japan. We take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws. The handling of information by each external service is subject to the privacy policy and other rules of the respective provider.

Article 6: Third-Party Provision and Outsourcing

We do not provide users' personal data to third parties except where the user has consented, where required or permitted by law, or in other cases permitted under applicable laws.

Where we outsource the handling of information to external service providers to the extent necessary to provide the Service, we manage such outsourcing appropriately in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 7: Storage and Deletion of Information

We retain user information for the period necessary to provide the Service, manage subscriptions, handle inquiries, prevent unauthorized use, and fulfill other purposes of use. When information is no longer necessary, we will delete it or cease its use within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal compliance, subscription management, payment records, dispute resolution, or other legitimate reasons.

Article 8: Security and Cookies

We implement reasonable security measures, including access controls and protection of authentication information, to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, alteration, and other incidents.

The Service uses Cookies, Local Storage, and similar storage mechanisms to maintain authentication status, display settings, and other functions. If these are deleted or disabled, some functions of the Service may become unavailable.

If a user requests disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, or other actions permitted by law regarding personal information held by us, we will respond in accordance with applicable laws after verifying the user's identity.

Deletion requests may be submitted through the Service's contact page. Threads connection information, access tokens, posting settings, and other user information may be deleted or suspended within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for other legitimate reasons.

Information regarding the name, address, and other details of the personal information handling business operator is provided in the "Disclosure under the Specified Commercial Transactions Act."

Article 10: Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy as necessary due to changes in laws, the Service, or external services used by the Service. Important changes will be announced through the Service or on our website.

Article 11: Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and the handling of user information in the Service are governed by the laws of Japan.
