Article 1: Application

These Terms apply to all users of the Service. By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2: The Service

The Service is a cloud-based service that automatically posts to Threads based on the days, times, and post content specified by the user.
Users may set up to three posting times per day.
Post content must contain at least 8 characters, excluding spaces and symbols.
AI generates 20 post drafts per generation request.
Use of the Service requires the user to connect their own Threads account.

Article 3: Fees and Free Trial

The Service costs 500 yen per month.
First-time users are provided with a 30-day free trial. No fees will be charged if the Service is canceled during the free trial period.
After the free trial period ends, a recurring monthly charge of 500 yen will automatically begin.
Payments are processed through Stripe.

Article 4: Cancellation

Users may cancel the Service at any time.
After cancellation, users may continue to use the Service until the end of the free trial period or the end of the already paid usage period.
No further charges will be incurred after cancellation.

Article 5: Refunds

Because the Service provides a 30-day free trial period, fees already paid are generally non-refundable.
However, if circumstances attributable to us materially affect the user's ability to use the Service, the user may submit a refund request through the "Refund Request" option in Contact.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the end of the applicable billing period through the contact channel provided by us in the Service or on our website.
Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cause of the failure to provide the Service normally and the extent of its impact on use of the Service.
Refunds will not be provided where the cause is not attributable to us, or where the issue results from the user's own device, network environment, settings, or operation.

Article 6: Threads and External Services

The Service is provided using Threads, Meta, Cloudflare, and other external services.
The Service may become wholly or partially unavailable due to account status, API or specification changes, outages, or other circumstances affecting external services.
If we confirm that a problem is affecting the Service, we will respond as promptly as reasonably possible. Users may also report issues through the "Problem Report" option in Contact.
Even where the cause of an issue is outside our control, we will, as the provider of the Service, assess the impact on users and take reasonably possible measures such as recovery efforts and providing information.

Article 7: Post Content

Copyright and other rights relating to text and other post content entered into the Service remain with the user or the lawful rights holder.
We do not acquire any rights to users' post content.
We process post content only to the extent necessary to perform automated posting to Threads through the Service.
Views, reactions, revenue, and other results generated by posts belong to the user.

Article 8: Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the Service to engage in any of the following activities.

• Activities that violate the laws and regulations of Japan
• Activities that violate the terms of use, policies, or other rules of Threads or Meta
• Activities that infringe the copyrights, trademarks, privacy, or other rights of third parties
• Harassment of third parties, fraudulent activities, or illegal activities
• Unauthorized access to, interference with, analysis of, or other activities that disrupt the normal operation of the Service
• Using the Service while impersonating another person
• Any other activities that violate applicable laws or the rules of Threads

Article 9: Suspension of Use

If a user violates these Terms, we may suspend the user's access to the Service.
No refund will be provided where the user's Threads account is suspended due to the user's own violation of rules or other circumstances for which the user is responsible.

Article 10: Damages and Liability

If an outage attributable to us occurs in the Service and materially affects the user's use of the Service, we will provide a refund in accordance with Article 5.
If a user suffers damages due to circumstances attributable to us, we will be liable in accordance with applicable laws.
We are not liable for damages caused by circumstances not attributable to us. However, this does not apply where we are required to assume liability under applicable laws.

Article 11: Governing Law

These Terms and the Service are governed by the laws of Japan.
